    We are scheduling maintenance of our Client Portal and API on September 21, 2024 from 8pm to 11:59pm Eastern. During the maintenance window access to our Client Portal and mobile/desktop app login may be unreachable or delayed. Outbound and Inbound SMS will be delayed as too will all CDR records and Portal CDR reports.

    From Jason: During the maintenance window access to our online Portal (not NS manager) and mobile/desktop app login may be unreachable or delayed. Outbound and Inbound SMS will be delayed as too will all CDR records and Portal CDR reports. Below is a detailed list, not all of which applies to our customers. Possibly unreachable for a short period: Portal Mobile App login and SMS outbound Desktop App login and SMS outbound Mobile callback Client access to API Onboarding and Migration Delayed during the window: CDR records and reports SMS outbound and inbound for all devices Portal webhooks NetSapiens replication to Portal Vendor API processing (Bandwidth, HubSpot, Freshdesk, etc.)
